Cindy Dedo Kelley, originally from Palm Beach, FL, started her home staging and interior redesign business 15+ years ago with her husband, Andrew who is a native of Massachusetts. It began as a side business helping people declutter and redesign their homes to maximize space, energy, and flow. After their first daughter was born, Cindy left her teaching job to make Simply Stage It her full-time gig.
Armed with her realtor’s license and a background in feng shui, Cindy began helping a realtor friend prepare and stage homes for sale. When the new construction and flipping boom hit Boston, more realtors sought Cindy’s services to stage empty houses. Simply Stage It quickly grew from a small side business to one of the best home staging and interior redesign services from Boston to Portland Maine.
Cindy and Andrew work with over 200 realtors in the Northeast and Tennessee to sell homes quickly at or above asking price. Their goal is to provide realtors, contractors, and homeowners with the best tools to prepare a home for sale, while remaining sensitive to the seller’s needs.
Inventory
Simply Stage It keeps enough furniture and inventory on hand in their Winchester warehouse to service 30 to 35 homes at a time. Cindy and the design team will add to their inventory if they need something unique or specific to stage a room properly.

Simply Stage It serves homeowners, contractors, businesses, and realtors throughout the Boston metro and Winchester areas, including Newton, Wellesley, Lexington, Arlington, Malden, Melrose, Charlestown, Back Bay, South Boston, Waltham, Reading, Woburn, Burlington, Medford, Stoneham, Wakefield, Lynnfield, and Watertown. With expanded services reaching the North Shore into New Hampshire Sea Coast and Southern Maine.
Cindy and Andrew Kelley
Cindy is a professional stager, organizer, singer, teacher of the deaf, and dancer. Her goal is to treat each home as if it is her own on the market. She is a mom of two wonderful girls.
Andrew is the Director of Operations for Simply Stage It. His background is in business management and human resources which enables Simply Stage It to operate at peak performance.
Rebeka Thomas
Rebeka was born in Brazil and moved to the U.S. with her parents at the age of 7. As a Brazilian-American, she speaks fluent Portuguese as well as English.
In 2008 Rebeka and her husband Mike bought their first home in Woburn, MA and had three daughters, eventually outgrowing that home and purchasing another one. It was during the experience of buying, rehabbing, selling and buying again that Rebeka found herself truly enjoying the business side of real estate. With the encouragement of her husband, she became a realtor in 2012.
During her career as a real estate agent Rebeka found that she really enjoyed helping her clients declutter and decorate their homes. When Rebeka met Cindy the founder of Simply Stage It they became fast friends and after years of using Simply Stage It services Rebeka joined the team as manager of the Winchester location.
